Raise a glass...
Schnitzels was created by Timothy and Callie Martino, who also own the Crazy Beans restaurants. They have both worked their way up the ladder in the restaurant industry and currently live in East Setauket with their three children.
A message from the owners:
We built Schnitzels because we love the Stony Brook community and wanted to bring something a little different to this village that is very special to us. We hope that you come to this restaurant to drink and eat, celebrate successes, meet a friend, bring your family, share conversation, toast to new beginnings, pick yourself up after a bad day, or honor the end of a long week. All kinds of kinds are welcome here. We love to travel; we hope this dining room transports you to another time and place where you can put aside the concerns of home and work and just enjoy your company. Nothing is more satisfying than raising your glass and the *clink* of a cheers…so give a toast & PROST!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve officially partnered with Tim and Callie as co-owners of Schnitzels, a place we’ve enjoyed serving our guests, many of whom have become friends and a fun part of our growing community. We’ve enjoyed meeting so many people here, sharing stories, creating memorable moments, and putting in our best efforts to make Schnitzels both a second home for our guests, and a second family for our staff! We’re sincerely grateful for all of your support in making Schnitzels a new staple in Stony Brook Village.
